The best spiritual training happens in the context of community groups with other believers in Jesus. Each community group revolves around the Word of God, a meal, and friendship. We encourage you to get connected!

Build authentic Christian community through shared study, prayer, and fellowship! Road Home Groups meet in homes across the city, creating a warm and relational environment for spiritual growth. These groups typically include: 


  • Biblical teaching and discussion
  • Prayer and encouragement 
  • Fellowship and shared meals 
  • Support and accountability within the group

Cultivate Christ-centered friendships through shared interests and activities! Road Social Groups meet in various locations around the community, connecting people through fun and meaningful experiences that build lasting relationships. These may include: 


  • Outdoor adventures (hiking, biking, camping, etc.) 
  • Game nights, dinners, or creative workshops 
  • Service or outreach projects

classes

Be equipped and empowered through focused teaching and training! Road Classes meet on campus, providing structured opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. These short-term studies are topic-driven and run for a specific time frame — typically 5 to 13 weeks. Examples include: 


  • Bible studies for men, women, or mixed groups 
  • Grief Share, Women’s bible study, Next Phase Marriage 
  • Discipleship or leadership development courses 
  • Topical studies on prayer, theology, marriage, or family

mentorship

Develop your potential through intentional, one-on-one or small-group coaching relationships. Mentorship pairs experienced leaders and coaches with participants seeking to grow deeper in specific areas of life and faith. The Road offers several mentorship opportunities designed to guide people toward spiritual maturity and practical wisdom. These may include: 


  • Women’s Mentorship
  • Marriage Mentorship
  • Financial Stewardship Mentorship

We are believing God to launch more groups across our city—opening doors, opening tables, and opening hearts. And that means we need new leaders willing to open their homes and hearts to create spaces where real community can flourish.
